Trainee Store Managers and general workers needed

The primary goal of the store manager position is to maintain high standards in all areas of responsibility: – customer service, achieving sales goals and quality standards on the sales floor, discount and cost control, daily store management, inventory mapping, visual marketing, proactive management, employee management, motivation and coaching, and development of team members.

Beginnings

Baccalaureate or equivalent Other business/business qualification is an advantage.

Knowledge, skills and experience

Be dynamic and independent with 3 years of business experience, including at least one year in a management position
Excellent inventory management, inventory and cost management skills
Focus on customer service
Able to maintain high store standards
Proven ability to influence and lead a team
You have a keen foresight, as you are inspired to develop yourself and your colleagues
Effective communication in English (written and spoken) and knowledge of another national language is definitely an advantage
The main responsibility

Increase your store’s sales by effectively implementing your marketing strategies.
Trade and exceed cost of sales and growth.
Increase profitability by effectively managing costs. (To cover the costs within the budget)
Ensuring professional HR practices at staff and talent level.
Proper inventory management in your store.
Exceeded customer expectations.
Ensure that subordinates perform well through effective leadership and clear communication and performance management.
Follow company policies and procedures.
Ensure a work ethic and ethical environment by adhering to company standards.
Manage your business according to the business plan to ensure the best brand and business image.
